The stakeholders at our company had very specific requirements for our customer experience after sign up. Our task was to integrate those requests with our existing website and still provide a clear flow for the customer.
I was part of a team of three that completed this project. We took stakeholder requirements through sketches, static layouts, and finally to a functional React based prototype.
We went through multiple rounds of user testing for each iteration. The new UI will be integrated into the production website this fall.
