I worked with this company to migrate from an old site to a new WordPress based site. I was a one-man band on this job. Client management, design, home page illustrations, content migration, and code was all on me.
I made some customizations to WordPress setup to let them manage a small database of capabilities they offered from a CSV import.
Like most projects I’ve seen the CMS was a wasted effort as they would contact me directly on any updates. Which could have been done faster and under version control without using WordPress.
